Refund Policy Overview
- Our refund policy lasts 30 days. In other words, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Our refund policy covers the following conditions:
- We failed to fulfil your order within a reasonable amount of time.
- Your order was incorrectly fulfilled or you did not receive the items you purchased. This can happen if your package arrives and is missing items or if you receive the wrong items.
- Your items were damaged during shipping.
We will issue a full refund after assessing your request and if if it meets all the requirements. Even if you may think your order is no longer covered by the policy we still encourage you to reach out and contact us anyway! We might still be able to help you.
How to Initiate a Refund Request
- Please contact us though our website’s support form. We will be notified as soon as you submit your request. Please provide the following information in your submission:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your order number
- A description of what happened and why you are unsatisfied with our service or your purchase.
- After we receive your refund request we will contact you through email as soon as possible to ask further questions about your refund request and purchase.
- Depending on the situation we may request photos to verify the condition of the items or package you received.
- After we receive and review your request we will issue a full refund if it meets the refund policy conditions stated above. Your refund will be credited to your initial method of payment when we confirm that everything is in order.
